Rise Gymnastics
The three phases of Discover, Explore and Excel make up the Rise Gymnastics programme and take gymnasts on a progressive journey, from their first steps into gymnastics all the way through to advanced skills.

Our Assessments
Subject to interest and availability, we run Rise Assessments in the morning of the last Sunday of each month. The time slot suitable for your child will depend on their age and ability.
After completion of a level, they will receive their medals and certificates during one of their regular gymnastics classes, so that their friends can see their achievements.
£5 per child
£5 for a medal and certificate on completion of a level.

Subject to interest and availability, we aim to run a workshop on the last Sunday of each month. Suitability for each session will depend on age and ability. Sessions run 9-10.30am and 10.30am-12pm.
Gymnasts will be split by ability group and tested on set skills, following the British Gymnastics Rise structure. Their ability to complete these skills to the required level will be recorded and if they are successful in completing all of the skills in the award, they will be given a slip of paper notifying you of their success. If they are not successful, you can ask what areas they still need to work on or have not yet completed but please note this information may not be available straight away as all details need to be complied. We record details about this within your child’s JoinIn account as we find this more reliable than the Rise portal provided by British Gymnastics.
