We will be inviting some gymnasts to join our squad groups which will run from 4 – 9 hours per week dependent on age and ability. We are not intending to produce elite gymnasts, rather high quality club gymnasts.

Gymnasts progressing down the Squad pathway will be given the opportunity to compete at either County or Regional Grades.

In addition to Grades we would also hope that the gymnasts would wish to compete at the various local competitions available.

These gymnasts will follow either group specific or individual development programmes as recommended by their coach.

Gymnasts will be in a continual assessment programme and groups may be altered periodically to best suit the needs of the gymnast.
