Freestyle sessions are a Pay as You Go option that allows gymnasts to utiltize our gym and coaching expertise to develop their skills in a non-structured environment which is completely gymnast lead.

These sessions are available to both club gymnasts and gymnasts from other clubs.

Please ensure that gymnasts are appropriately attired for freestyle, two piece outfits for example sports bra and shorts / leggings may be refused entry at the discretion of management. 

Qualified coaches will be on hand to help develop skills and to ensure the safety of the participants.

These sessions are pre-bookable or drop in, however they can become busy so please consider booking in advance.
