Structured classes lead by professional and caring coaches who have been handpicked to deliver classes in a fun but disciplined way.  We aim to teach both gymnastics skills, but additionally and more importantly social and interpersonal skills and develop your child’s intrinsic sense of adventure and confidence.

We will develop the fundamental co-ordination skills required to allow your child to progress at a rate appropriate to them, including both fine and gross motor skills.

The young Gymnasts will work on developing their fundamental strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and fitness required to allow your child to progress at a rate appropriate to them. Gymnasts will be instructed on the technical approach to gymnastic skills through imagination and play on our fun, colourful apparatus. Throughout each term coaches will be ticking off skills as and when gymnasts achieve them on their British Gymnastics Pre School Proficiency Awards Charts.

Additionally, through example and experience we will be instilling self-discipline, turn taking, independent working and care for others.
