Circus Training

Circus Training is a new addition in the gymnastics world, and we are fortunate to have an excellent Spin City certified instructor as part of our team, with experience in a range of circus apparatus and aerial yoga.

There are three fundamental pieces of apparatus to be mastered, Hoop, Trapeze and Silk.

All require balanced strength and flexibility which will be developed and honed through a structured training plan allowing the artists to achieve their potential and goals.

No prior experience is required to start a course as 6-week courses are aimed at beginners and intermediate artists.
